At Prohab, we believe that being resilient is about having the physical, mental and emotional agility to grow through challenging times.

At a team level, it is about how periods of gradual changes interact with abrupt changes, and the capacity of people, teams and company culture to adapt or even transform in response. 

This indicator measures resilience. It covers six areas critical to how your personal wellness strategy and health habits support resilience.
